Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
• If the course has been substantially completed (more than 50% viewed).
• Promotional or discounted purchases may have different terms.
• Bundle purchases where individual items have been accessed.

Digital Products

Our courses are non-tangible digital products. Once the order is confirmed and access is granted, the digital content is delivered immediately. However, we still honor our 7-day guarantee because your satisfaction matters to us.
