1 Access and Registration

• "Supported Device" — Personal computer, mobile phone, or electronic device meeting system requirements

2 License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view Content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

This license automatically terminates if you violate any restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy all downloaded materials.

3 Communications & Public Forums

If you choose to participate in Public Forums, you agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice for violations.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute any content you post on the Platform.

All information, materials, Content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Cipher Academy ("Creator's Intellectual Property").

You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Platform. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

6 Payments and Refunds

Content may require payment of applicable fees. Payments are processed through third-party processors and may be subject to taxes.

Once purchased, Content cannot be cancelled and fees are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy.

In no event shall the Creator be liable for any damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising from use or inability to use the Platform, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

9 Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Creator, its officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim, demand, or actions arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law or third-party rights.

10 Third Party Links

The Creator is not responsible for contents of linked third-party sites. Use of such linked websites is at your own risk.

11 Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Platform shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12 Miscellaneous

• Amendments: We may change this Agreement at any time. Check frequently for updates.
• Waiver: No waiver of rights for previous breaches.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement.
• Severability: Invalid provisions will be limited to minimum extent necessary.
• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
